Canyon State Enterprises — Text Message Program
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Canyon State Enterprises sends text messages to its own employees and contract applicators about their work and their pay. This page explains what we send, how often, how you agree to receive it, and how to stop.
Who this is for
Employees and contract applicators of Canyon State Enterprises. This is not a marketing program. We do not send advertising, offers, or promotions, and the program is not available to the general public.
How you agree to receive messages (opt-in)
You give us your mobile number and your written agreement in one of two ways:
- Online, on our opt-in page: project-platinum.com/sms/opt-in. You type your name and your mobile number and tick a box that says you agree to receive these text messages.
- On paper, during payroll setup with the Canyon State office, where you write your mobile number and sign the same agreement.
We never add a number that was not given to us by the person who carries it. Agreeing is not a condition of employment or of being paid — you can always get your pay sheet by email or on paper from the office instead.
What we send
- Your weekly pay sheet. When the office finishes your pay sheets for the week, we text you a private link. The link opens a page that shows the jobs you worked, the amount for each, and the total, and lets you sign it to confirm it is correct or tell us something is wrong.
- A reminder, if you have not answered by the day before the deadline.
- Job and schedule messages from your supervisor about work you are assigned to.
How often
Normally one or two messages a week — one when your pay sheet is ready, and a reminder if you have not answered. Job and schedule messages are sent only when something changes on your work.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Canyon State Enterprises does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your own plan.
How to stop (opt-out)
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number immediately. You can also tell the Canyon State office and they will remove your number. To start again, reply START or use the opt-in page above.
If you stop the text messages you still get your pay sheet — by email, or on paper from the office.
