CSE Mobile is operated by Canyon State Enterprises. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the CSE Mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and name used to sign in.
• Project data: Project details, field reports, and punch lists you create within the app.
• Photos: Images captured or uploaded through the app are stored securely and associated with your projects.
• Location: Used only to assist with address autofill when creating projects. Not tracked continuously.
• Device information: Basic device data for crash reporting and app stability.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the CSE Mobile app and its features.
• To sync your project data across devices.
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Text Messages & Mobile Information

Canyon State Enterprises sends text messages to its own employees and contract applicators about their work and their weekly pay sheets. We collect a mobile number only when the person who carries it gives it to us — online at project-platinum.com/sms/opt-in, or on paper during payroll setup — together with their agreement to receive those messages.

• No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Your mobile number is used only to send you the messages described in our Text Message Program.
• Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help.
• Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of employment or of being paid.
• We share mobile numbers with our messaging provider (Twilio) only as needed to deliver these messages, and with nobody else.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is associated with your authenticated account.

Camera & Photo Access

CSE Mobile requests camera access solely to allow field crews to capture job site photos. Photos are only uploaded when you explicitly take or select them within the app.

Location Access

Location is requested only to assist with address autofill. The app does not track or store your location continuously.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us at andrew@canyonstatenv.com.
